Watch Metallica Play Acoustic for All Within My Hands Foundation Benefit

Metallica celebrated the one-year anniversary of its All Within My Hands Foundation earlier this month in San Francisco with a rare acoustic performance.

The anniversary event raised $1.3 million that will go towards feeding the hungry and workforce education, with Metallica's partners at Feeding America and at the American Association of Colleges.

The set list for the evening included covers of songs by Deep Purple, Nazareth, Blue Öyster Cult and Bob Seger, as well as a number of tunes from Metallica's own classic catalog.

Footage of the band's performance of "All Within My Hands" from that evening was recently uploaded to Metallica's YouTube channel. You can watch that above.

The All Within My Hands Foundation recently announced $100,000 in donations to wildfire relief efforts in California. To add to that number, the band is offering a digital download of the acoustic concert performance

All the proceeds from the downloads will go to the All Within My Hands foundation.
